This Court vide order dated 13.01.2023 directed the applicant to deposit Rs.30,000/- within a period of four weeks and suspended the order directing the applicant to surrender on account of failure to deposit the amount, was kept in abeyance. The applicant did not deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- hence this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 has directed to issue non-bailable warrant against the applicant. The applicant had thereafter deposited the aforesaid amount vide Demand Draft dated 08.04.2025 drawn on Union Bank of India. Thereafter the matter was sent for mediation, however, the matter is not settled. 2. Thus, taking into consideration that the sentence of one year awarded to the applicant had already been modified by the learned Appellate Court till the rising of the Court and this Court vide order dated 13.01.2023 directed the applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- and the directions to applicant to surrender on account of 2026:BHC-NAG:11871 2 17.appr.05.2023.odt failure to deposit the amount was kept in abeyance and also taking into consideration that the applicant has subsequently deposited an amount of Rs.30,000/- in pursuance to the order dated 02.04.2025. 3.
