The writ Court while entertaining writ petition filed by the applicant being Writ-A No. 16055 of 2023 had passed an interim order permitting the applicant to discharge his duties as Safari Karmachari in Nagar Nigam, Bareilly and his salary be paid regularly including arrears. 2. In the compliance affidavit, in para 3, it has been stated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and arrears of salary of Rs. 20,29,722/- has been released on 11.01.2024. In para 4, it has been stated that the applicant is discharging his duties regularly and is being paid salary on month to month basis. 3. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, the present contempt application is rendered infructuous and stands dismissed. 4. Contempt notice stands discharged.
