It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the issue involved in the present petitions is squarely covered by the judgments of this Court in Writ Petition MPBalekar 2026:BHC-NAG:11793-DB (2) 2-wp7445-2023 with connected petitions No.669 of 2024 (Dr. Rajesh Dnyaneshwar Mirge and Ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.) decided on 13.08.2025, and Writ Petition No.5 of 2022 (Nitin S/o Babarao Gohatre and Anr. Vs. The Education Officer (Secondary) and Ors.) decided on 12.08.2025. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents do not dispute the aforesaid legal position. In view thereof, the present petitions are allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgments. 4.
