By means of this application, the Petitioner seek the following relief:- “In view of the above facts and circumstances the petitioner most fervently prays that your lordships may graciously be pleased. I to issue notice to the opp. Parties calling upon them to show cause as to why the writ petition will not be allowed and failing which and filing insufficient show cause issue writ of mandamus to the opp. Parties more particularly to Opp. Party No-3 not to register the sale deed in regards to the property mortgaged with the Bank and further be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Opp. Party No. 2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation dtd. 26.09.2022, under Annexure -2, under Section 83 of Registration Act, 1908, and to pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time.” 2. Having regard to the fact that the representation is of dated 26.09.2022, if the same has not yet been considered, the concerned authority shall consider the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, and the result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. 3. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned AGA for onward communication to the concerned authority. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
