SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 On 26/11/2025, following order was passed : “. This Court, vide order dated 25/09/2025, directed the Deputy Director of Education to decide the issue of arrears of salary. (2) Learned AGP submits that she will file the report by 18/12/2025. (3) List the matter on 18/12/2025.” 2] The learned A.G.P. submits that decision has been taken in terms of order dated 25/9/2025. The petitioner’s claim of arrears of salary has been rejected. 3] Thus, it appears that the petitioner’s grievance has been redressed but against him. That appears to be the reason why nobody is appearing for the petitioner. Even otherwise, the petitioner has remedy to approach the Grievance Committee as constituted by this Court vide order dated 16/6/2026 passed in Writ Petition 1775/2026.
