KADETHANKAR, J. DATE : AUGUST 29, 2026 ORDER :- The petitioner was elected as a Member of Village Panchayat, Village : Dughala, Tq. Aundha-Nagnath, Hingoli in the general elections in 2021. She was later elected as Sarpanch. However, the petitioner had to face no confidence motion by the Gram Panchayat members. The petitioner suffered the no-confidence motion and hence the proceedings were taken up before the appropriate authority. On both levels, the petitioner lost and therefore, the present petition is filed. 2. It is apparent that by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the tenure of the local body is over. In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. [AJIT B.
