By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 205 days in filing the appeal. The perusal of the application shows that he has given the specific reasons for condonation of delay. 2. The learned counsel for the respondents, however, strongly opposed the application. According to them, the reasons stated in the application are not sufficient to condone the delay and, therefore, same may be rejected. 3. After considering the rival submissions and the perusal of the averments, I am satisfied that there are sufficient reasons stated for condonation of 205 days in filing the appeal. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay is hereby condoned. The office is directed to register the appeal. 4. The application stands disposed of. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.)
