It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the dispute raised in this writ petition has been amicably settled between the parties through mediation proceedings and that the appointed Mediator has submitted a Settlement Agreement/ Mediation Report dated 09-02-2026 under cover of a letter dated 10-02-2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judl.), High Court of Manipur. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that as the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the Grounds of Settlement, a prayer has been made for closing this writ petition by recording the Grounds of Settlement arrived at between the parties.
