Mr. K. Modhusudon, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appeared for the respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel appeared for the respondent No. 4.
This matter was referred for mediation by an order dated 24-07-2025 passed by this court. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the dispute raised in this writ petition has been amicably settled between the parties through mediation proceedings and that the appointed Mediator has submitted a Settlement Agreement/ Mediation Report dated 09-02-2026 under cover of a letter dated 10-02-2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judl.), High Court of Manipur.
The learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that as the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the Grounds of Settlement, a prayer has been made for closing this writ petition by recording the Grounds of Settlement arrived at between the parties.

In view of the submission and facts narrated above, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of in terms of the Grounds of Settlement arrived at between the parties, which has been quoted hereinabove. There will be no order as to cost.
