Sri Adya Prasad Tewari (Advocate) holding brief of Sri Prateek Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the changed circumstances petitioner does not want to press the instant writ petition, therefore, instant withdrawal application may be allowed and the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
