This application for transfer has been filed by the applicant Surendra Ray with the following prayers:- "It is, expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to transfer the Case No. 1022 of 2021, (Priti Ray Vs. The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 12.10.2023 for which the applicant was directed to deposit Rs. 25,000/- within two weeks in the Mediation Centre. As per the report dated 22.11.2023 of the Mediation Centre, the applicant did not deposit the money as ordered till 21.11.2023. 5. Today, despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant to press this transfer application, the same is dismissed for non prosecution. 6.
