The matter went to the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Pratikraj Rajendrakumar Hamand & Ors. Versus Nikita Deepakrao More & Ors.1 By an order dated 19.08.2026, the Hon’ble Supreme Court recorded in paragraph No. 6, that the claim of Suruchee Chouhan has been accepted, considering her merit ranking. Therefore, the stay on the relief granted to Suruchee Chouhan by this Court, stood vacated. 3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off by taking into account that Suruchee Chouhan has received her benefits under the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4.
