On 27.07.2026, following order was passed: 1) Heard for some time. 2) It appears that the petitioner has come up with the case that she has worked from home during the period from July, 2020 to November, 2020. As against, the management claimed that no such work has been done. 3) The Education Officer ought to have resolved the issue. Thus, apart from what we have noted in our order dated 09/06/2026, the failure of Education Officer to discharge his duties is apparent. 4) We accordingly, direct the Education Officer to examine the entire issue within three weeks from today. 5) List the week commencing 17/08/2026. 6) Both parties shall appear before the Education Officer on 03/08/2026 with supporting documents.” 3. In response, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parisahd, Nagpur has issued a communication dated 18.08.2026 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to submit the bills for the months of September, 2020 to November, 2020, for releasing the payment. The communication is taken on record and marked Article “X” for identification. 4.
