The appellants have filed Pursis bearing Stamp No. 04/2026, and stating that dispute between the appellants and respondents amicably settled and they have entered into a compromise before the learned Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No.932 of 1994, Regular Civil Suit No. 1080 of 1996, Regular Civil Suit No. 715 of 1993, and Regular Civil Suit No. 1044 of 1993. 3. On 24/06/2025, appellants and respondents filed an application before the learned 8th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, for passing a compromise decree. Accordingly, by order dated 24/06/2025, the learned Trial Court permitted withdrawal of the said suits and passed a compromise decree. In view of the settlement between the parties, the cause of action in the present appeal does not survive. 4. Hence, the Second Appeal stands disposed of. (Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) rkn
