Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the respective respondents. 02. By the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to release his gratuity and other retiral/pensionary benefits amounting to Rs.3,44,987/-. 03. Mr. Joharapurkar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5, invited the attention of this Court to the pursis filed on behalf of respondent No.9, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has paid the outstanding dues payable to respondent No.9-Society. It is further stated that respondent No.9-Society has already issued a ‘No Objection Certificate’ in favour of the petitioner vide letter dated 30/03/2026 and in view of the aforesaid ‘No Objection Certificate’, no outstanding amount remains payable by the petitioner to respondent No.9-Society. Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication against respondent No.9-Society in the present writ petition. 2026:BHC-NAG:9564-DB 22.wp.6724.23 2/2 04. Mr. Bhoyar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.7, submits that the petitioner has also cleared all outstanding dues payable to respondent No.7 and that a ‘No Objection Certificate’ has been issued in favour of the petitioner. 05. In view of the aforesaid developments, the present petition can be disposed of by directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take an appropriate decision on the proposal submitted by the Management. 06. Accordingly, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to decide the proposal submitted by the Management within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and to communicate their decision to the petitioner forthwith thereafter. 07.
