By the present petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the award dated 28th November 2011 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No.6, Kolhapur to the extent that the compensation has not been awarded for the land. 2. The Award of 2011 is sought to be assailed by way of the present petition in the year 2020. There is no explanation for the delay. Irrespective of the same, as the Petitioner in efect seeks enhancement of compensation, the remedy lies under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984.
