Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 2. The Petitioner, who is working as a Conductor on the establishment of the Respondent, was served with a show-cause notice from dismissal of service. The same was challenged before the learned Labour Court. The matter before the Labour Court was dismissed. Subsequently, the Petitioner filed Revision before the Industrial Court, which also came to be dismissed. Thereafter, the Petitioner has filed this Petition. 3. According to the learned Advocates for the parties, the matter has been settled and the parties have entered into terms of compromise dated 17.03.2026. The same is placed on record and marked as ‘Exhibit-1’. According to the learned Advocates for the 1 2026:BHC-AUG:21562 944.odt parties, the Respondent has decided to impose the punishment of stopping three yearly increments permanently from the date of final show-cause notice dated 12.04.2012 instead of dismissal.
