With the assistance of the counsel, we have ascertained the identification of the private parties present today. They confirm the terms of settlement. 4. As agreed between the parties, the appellants / claimants are ready to settle the matter by receiving additional amount of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakh) towards full and final settlement. 5. The learned counsel for respondent No.3 / insurance company, on instructions undertakes to deposit the amount agreed between the parties before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Latur, within a period of 45 days. The non-compliance of this shall carry 6% interest p.a. from the date of appeal. 6.
