The applicant states that due to his mistake to not supply the copies in the matter, same came to be dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial). 3. Hence, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition No.7682/2018 is restored to file, subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited in the account of the ‘Public Welfare Account’ which is operated in terms of SMPIL No.01/2021 within a period of two weeks. 4.
