O R D E R (Passed on 14.03.2026) This an Appeal by the original Claimants. The Appellant No.3-Adesh S/o Ghode is personally present. The identity of the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 is verified through Video Call on Mobile No.9579600443 of Appellant No.3. The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company is present. The parties have amicably settled the matter in terms of compromise puris placed on record. The respective parties and the Advocate for the Claimants and the Advocate for the Insurance Company have signed the compromise pursis. Details of the bank accounts of the Claimants are mentioned in the pursis. The compromise amount of Rs.6,50,000/- is agreed to be deposited by the Insurance Company directly in the bank account of the Claimants within a period of 60 days. Upon deposit, the Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount after following due procedure. Court fees, if any, be refunded as per Rules. 2.
