No.34510 of 2022, by which this Court directed the Superintending Engineer, Electrical Circle, Keonjhar, TPNODL to take a decision on the application made by the Petitioner for providing power supply to the Shop Room No.B-a-2 in Special Town Planning Authority Market Complex, Koenjhar as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order. 3. This Court finding a prima facie case to initiate proceeding under the Contempt of Courts act, 1971 issued notice in the matter vide order dated 12th December, 2025. 4. Hence, the CONTC may be disposed of accordingly. 7. In view of the fact that power supply has already been provided to the Shop Room of the Petitioner in the meantime, though belatedly, this Court considers not to proceed with the CONTC. 8.
