O R D E R (Passed on 14.03.2026) This is an Appeal by the Insurance Company against the award passed by the M.A.C.T., Nagpur in Claim Petition No.765/2011. The Insurance Company and the Claimants have amicably settled the matter. The identity of the Respondent No.3 Sou. Droupadibai has been identified on V.C. The record shows that, the original Claimants i.e. Respondent No.2 Shri Manikrao and Respondent No.1 Smt. Sushama are no more. The record further shows that, Application No.2782/2025 was filed by the Respondent No.3 i.e. Smt. Droupadibai on oath stating that, the original Claimant Smt. Sushama died on 19.09.2022 leaving no legal representatives. The copy of death certificate showing the name of deceased as Sushama is enclosed with said Application as Annexure “A”. 2. The terms of compromise under the signature of Subhash T. Deshbhratar on behalf of Smt. Droupadibai is filed on record and verified on V.C. by Droupadibai. The terms of compromise pursis are signed by the Advocate for the Claimants and the Advocate for the Insurance Company. The parties have amicably settled the matter for Rs.4,95,922/- along with accrued interest thereon. 3. The Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis. The Claimants are permitted to withdraw the above amount after following due procedure. The statutory amount be refunded as per Rules. The Court fees be dealt with as per Rules.
