By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 467/2022 registered with the Police Station Khandela, District Sikar for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 447 and 448 IPC 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station, Khandela, District Sikar apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the instant matter, the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative) before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Shreemadhopur on (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2249/2023] 17.04.2025. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
