Following order had been passed on 30.07.2026: “Mr Sateesh Kumar Eerla, learned counsel, appears on behalf of arguing counsel for petitioner and submits that said counsel is unwell and has thus given a No Objection Certificate to petitioner to engage some other counsel; however, none appears on behalf of petitioner and neither is petitioner present in person. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 31.08.2026 under caption „for dismissal‟.” 3. Today again there is no representation on behalf of petitioner and neither is he present in person despite the matter being listed under the 3 HCJ & CGR, J WP_9292_2023 caption „for dismissal‟. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer. 4. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non prosecution. No costs. 5.
