No. 165/3 of Ward No. 4 of Peddanapalli Village, Yeleswaram Mandal, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh as per the resolution dated 30.112019 forthwith and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 6 herein to shift the Gram Sachivalayam No. 1 to the newly constructed building in Sy.
