ORDER:
The contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32346 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the petitioner is getting pension with effect from 01.05.2026.
3. Sri N.Srihari, learned Standing Counsel for ZPP, MPP and Gram Panchayat appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance of the
order of the Court, the respondents paid pension to the petitioner from the date of stopping the pension till the date of the order in the writ petition.
4. Considering the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. It is open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance, if the payment of pension is stopped illegally in future.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
