No. 4523 of 2021, dated 04.10.2021 presented by the petitioner and 4th respondent in respect of property situated in Sy. No. 26/1 and 26/2B to an extent of Ac. 1.98 cents situated at Settivaripalli Village, K.K.V. Puram Panchayat, R.C. Puram Mandal, Tirupati District, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and also violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive, register and release the cancellation of mortgage deed vide Doc. No. 4523 of 2021, dated 04.10.2021 presented by the petitioner and 4th respondent in respect of said property without reference to the pendency of suit in O.S. No. 187 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court -cum- V Addl. District Judge, Tirupati and to pass…” 2. Sri D.
