GP FOR AGRICULTURE 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 5325 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not releasing the balance of subsidy amount of Rs.45,78,112/- towards supply of ACE Harvesters and Agri related implements under Government Schemes i.e., Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanisation) (SMAM), Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) schemes for the year 2018-19, through the firm, inspite of petitioner's representations dated 25-10-2022 and 30- 01-2023, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to release the balance of subsidy amount of Rs.45,78,112/- along with interest towards supply of ACE Harvesters and Agri related implements under Government Schemes i.e., Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanisation) (SMAM), Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) schemes for the year 2018-19,..” 2. Heard Sri M.B.Thimma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the balance subsidy amount due and payable to the petitioner. It is further submitted that, despite submitting representations to the Government authorities requesting release of the said amount, the petitioner had not received the same. Learned counsel would further submit that, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the balance subsidy amount has been released 4 to the petitioner and, therefore, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
