ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in considering the petitioner’s representation dated
12.08.2021.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides submit that pending consideration of the Writ Petition, the respondents have
disposed of the petitioner’s representation vide proceedings dated 24.10.2025 and the same was placed on record across the Bench, the said proceedings form part of record. As the respondents have considered the representation of the writ petitioner, nothing scurvies in the Writ Petition to adjudicate further.
4. Recording the said submissions, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
