Heard Sri M.B.Thimma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the balance subsidy amount due and payable to the petitioner. It is further submitted that, despite submitting representations to the Government authorities requesting release of the said amount, the petitioner had not received the same. Learned counsel would further submit that, during the 4 pendency of the Writ Petition, the balance subsidy amount has been released to the petitioner and, therefore, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
