“I. For Directing the authority to allow the petitioner, by accepting his joining, to work on the post of Assistant Technical Manager, at Purnahiya in the District of Sheohar in view of the order dated 31.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3684/2023 by which allegation

For Directing the Respondent authority to take proper Step and to pass proper order On the application dated 29.09.2023 filed by the petitioner before the respondent No. 05. III. For Grant of any other relief/reliefs in view of the fact and circumstances of the present case.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Hon’ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3684 of 2023 which was disposed of vide order dated 31.08.2023. Counsel submits that thereafter, petitioner has filed representation before the Programme Director, Sheohar vide Annexure-3 to accept the joining in the light of order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3684 of 2023. But, on his representation, no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that against the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3684 of 2023, Civil Review No. 183 of 2024 has been preferred by the State.
He further submits that MJC petition has also been filed by the petitioner bearing M.J.C. No. 439 of 2024. 5. It has been jointly submitted by the parties that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18552 of 2023(2) dt.18-08-2026 3/3 said civil review as well as the MJC petition, both are still pending before this Hon’ble Court. 6. This Court after hearing the parties finds that keeping this writ petition pending shall not solve any purpose. Therefore, without entering into the merit or demerit of this case, this Court hereby directs the Programmed Director (Aatma), Sheohar, District- Sheohar (Respondent no. 5) to take decision on the petitioner’s representation (annexed as Annexure-3) in accordance with law, within 90 days from the date of production of this order. 7. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off. Divyansh/- (Dr. Anshuman, J) U
