(ii) for a direction to the concerned respondent authorities to institute the appropriate legal proceeding including institution of FIR against the Respondent No.5 for bringing into existence the Aadhar No. 485635898037 on a wrong address where she has never resided and the same has been procured on the basis of wrong information provided by her.
