This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Munger in SC/ST Case No. 27 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147,341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(r)(s)(w)(i)(g)/3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act by which the Court below has granted bail to the opposite party no. 02. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned order has been passed without giving any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner/informant. 4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82637 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 the opposite party no. 2 and do not find any error in the said order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no.2. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out. 5. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of SC/ST Case No. 27 of 2023 within one year from today. 6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger through FAX for its compliance. Vikas/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
