At the time of hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has filed a letter dated 28.08.2026, as claimed to have been issued by the writ petitioners, which is taken on record. It is submitted that by issuing the said letter the writ petitioners have requested their learned advocate- on-record for taking steps not to proceed with the instant writ petition any further. 3. In view of such submission, WPA 23452 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. With the dismissal of the instant writ petition all pending interlocutory applications, if there be any, stand hereby disposed of. 5. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. 6.
