The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 10.03.2023 passed in SC/ST Trial No. 184/2022 arising out of Complaint Case No. 186 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No. 2 along with other senior postal officials conspired to harass her and illegally suspend her. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a case warranting Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52941 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 cancellation of bail, hence, no ground is made out for interference with the impugned order passed by the court below. 5.
