This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated February 3, 2013 left behind by the above-named deceased. The mother of the deceased predeceased him, as indicated in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner on September 2, 2026. The wife of the deceased expired subsequently. The deceased is survived by only two legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 5 of the application. One of the said legal heirs is the applicant and the other has consented to the grant by filing affidavit of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the 2 department, therefore, considering the view of the department, this application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
