The Court made the following order:
Aggrieved by the order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Execution Petition No.26 of 2023 in Original Suit No.269 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge at Jammalamadugu, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2. Sri T.Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the Execution Petition was dismissed for default. 3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, the Execution Petition No.26 of 2023 on the file of the court of Junior Civil Judge, Jammalamadugu, was dismissed for default on 12.11.2025. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
