JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 24-07-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42762/ 2023 arising out of Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 registered under Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after getting the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court, the Opposite parties are threatening the informant’s family to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60466 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 compromise the case and if they do not compromise then they will face dire consequences. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this Court is of the considered view that it cannot sit in appeal over or interfere with the order passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. If aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner ought to have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court for appropriate relief. 5.
