2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-X, Madhubani in ABP NO. 1697 of 2023 arising out of Pandaul P.S. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78633 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2
3. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 to 6 and do not find any error in the said
order. Further, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the impugned order granting bail to the opposite party no.2 to 6. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
4. Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 within six months.
5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madhubani through FAX for its compliance.
