This is the petition for expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as amended by Act No. 68 of 1984 for re- determination of the award on the basis of the judgement dated 3rd September, 2003 passed by the learned Land Acquisition Tribunal, Howrah in Misc. Case No. 122 of 2001 in connection with L.A. Case No. 5(Art-II) of 1992- 93. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made, Land Acquisition Collector (General), Howrah is directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment and affording opportunity of being heard preferably within six months. 4. With this observations this petition is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities..
