The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Since the file has been placed before this Court by the learned Registrar Insolvency upon complete scrutiny, for grant, therefore considering the view of the Department, the application for grant of probate is allowed in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
