The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated September 8, 2021. The Will is a registered one. It has been registered before the Additional Registrar of Assurance –I, Kolkata on September 8, 2021. The wife of the deceased testator predeceased him. The deceased testator has left behind three legal heirs, in terms of the statement made in paragraph 5 of the application for grant of probate. One of them, being Shiv Rahul Chopra, is the executor. The other two have consented to the grant by affirming affidavits of consent. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of one of the attesting witnesses. Since the file has been placed before this Court for the grant, by the Registrar Insolvency upon complete scrutiny, therefore considering the said view of the department the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
