Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.34 of 2022 was dismissed for default. 3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.34 of 2022 on the file of the Court of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kadapa was dismissed for default on
05.11.2025. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
