Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that in paragraphs no. 7 to 12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, information has been given that retiral dues under different heads has already been paid to the petitioner, to which, the petitioner has not raised any objection. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna High Court CWJC No.13939 of 2023(8) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 petitioner submitted that petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation in respect of those dues, which are still to be paid by the State-respondent no. 4. 4. Considering that the petitioner has substantially been paid retiral dues under different heads, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation for those dues, which are still to be paid to him, before the appropriate authority, who is directed to hear the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same by disposing the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5.
