A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents no. 2 and 3, which reveals that the Disciplinary Authority has taken action in light of the provision of Rule 43 Patna High Court CWJC No.18285 of 2023(7) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 (D) of the Bihar Pension Rules, which came into effect from 21.01.2019. Further information in respect of payment of retiral dues is contained in paragraphs no. 14 and 15 of the counter affidavit. 3. In light of the above information and in view of the fact that already action has been taken in accordance with Rule 43 (D) of the Bihar Pension Rules, I find that in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority, who is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4.
