Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology has today placed before us G.O.Ms.No.100, Industries & Commerce (Mines-II) Department dated 26.06.2025. Under said G.O., Government had again amended the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Auction Rules, 2022. 3. It is submitted by learned Government Pleader that, in view of these amendments, G.O.Ms.Nos.13 and 14, dated 14.03.2022, do not remain in effect and the applications of all petitioners, filed before issuance of G.O.Ms.Nos.13 and 14, stand revived and would be considered, subject to applicants complying with conditions set out in G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.06.2025. 4. In that view of matter, all these writ petitions are closed leaving it open to petitioners to approach authorities for pursuing their applications which are already pending by the time G.O.Ms.Nos.13 and 14 were issued.
