Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is disposed of, the contempt case filed against the interim order dated 13.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3369 of 2023 cannot be enforced. Hence, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case. 4. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
