SRK, J CrlP No.1024 of 2023 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Police, after investigation, filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapalle, on 25.02.2023 and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.139 of 2023, and the case ended in acquittal on 10.07.2023 and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ K.
