Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4. Shri Gogoi, the learned counsel has however submitted that the order dated 03.06.2022 passed in the concerned WP(C)/576/2021 has been complied with. In this regard, he has placed before this Court the written instructions. Shri Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised an issue that the respondents had taken about two years to comply with the order. Though the same may be relevant, considering the nature of the dispute and the fact that compliance has after all been done, this Court is of the opinion that there is no further requirement to continue with the contempt petition Accordingly the contempt petition stands closed.
