Heard learned counsel for the appelants and learned Special P.P. for the State. 2. The learned Special P.P. at the outset submits that the case was taken up by a learned Coordinate Bench on 20.05.2026 and the learned counsel for the appellants was granted time till 19.06.2026 to furnish the requisites for issuance of notice but then it appears that the notices were not filed in terms of the order dated 20.05.2026. It is also submitted that from reading of the order dated 20.05.2026, it would manifest that the same was a peremptory order. It is further submitted that Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2430 of 2023(9) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 no application has been filed on behalf of the appellants seeking extension of time for filing notices in terms of the order dated 20.05.2026. It is next submitted that it appears that appellants slept over the order dated 20.05.2026 3.
