PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner herein/Accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.105 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku (Crime No.347 of2021 of Penugonda Police Station, West Godavari District), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 506 IPC. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that both the parties in C.C.No.105 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tanuku (Crime No.347 of2021 of Penugonda Police Station, West Godavari District), have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat on 16.03.2024 and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
